Shipping Information
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Winchester workshop.
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)
We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote locations. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your region.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our Japanese-forged blades and sharpening tools. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, our returns process is designed to be as precise as our 1000 grit whetstones.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition
- In their original packaging with all protective materials (knife guards, cases, etc.)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
